In 2011, the Michigan Associated Press Editorial Association gave me a second-place award for my digital presence.
The honors came in Division II, created for newspapers of 15,000-50,000 circulation across Michigan. The new category of award was created for journalists who use social media and websites to promote their work and interact with readers.
